How do you throw a flex shot in disc golf?

How do you throw a flex shot in disc golf? What is the purpose of this shot? How do you throw a flex shot in disc golf?A flex short, aka s curve, is a shot used to get more distance out of disc normally for people with smaller arms.. If you are a new player and want to attempt to throw something like this you are best using something understable such as an innova roadrunner or sidewinder. This is a good shot for people that don't have very big arms for maximizing distance but can be a little iffy as far as accuracy goes, and it is very tough to throw on a wooded course.

As far as throwing it goes it really depends on your throwing style (backhand, forehand, which hand you throw with etc...)

If you are new I would recommend a 165-170g champion road runner. That should do just what you are looking for until it starts to stay right right (if right handed) and then you can switch to a more stable driver.
