Fill half the bottle with water and the other half with ammonia. Wet the shirt with ice cold water, (in a well ventilated area) then spray vigrously for about 5 seconds. Wait another five seconds then rinse with cold water. Repeat but do not rinse. Let area dry first then hand wash with a regualr bar of soap. Hang to dry. To prevent future stains on clothing, pre-spray with starch (also at Wal-Mart for under $1.00).
