Its like a metaphor or something...What do toilet bowls and golf balls have to do with the conservation of water?The Champion resulted from research showing that customers would buy a toilet that they never had to use a plunger on. It also uses around 1.6 gallons of water per flush as opposed to the old standard 3.6.
