If you want to jump on the trampoline with a ball I would recommend using something a little softer. As you jump the ball will bounce up and because you are heavier than the golf ball it will bounce towards you.... so yes, it is VERY likely it can hit you on the head! Use a tennis ball, it won't hurt as much. Have fun jumping, and be careful!

I know a guy who was standing next to a guy hitting balls.
