it will be a playground for the rich and famous,

ordinary joe public won't get near it, so i don't see what benefits the local community will be getting from it.What will the trump golf near aberdeen course do for the local economy?Nothing,What will the trump golf near aberdeen course do for the local economy?
Initially there will be construction/destruction jobs (depending on your point of view)while this playground is built and I suppose later there will be jobs on the golf course etc paying minimum wage.

How many visitors - I have my doubts about how many will actually spend money in Aberdeen city and shire, most will probably stay in the resort and only leave it when ready to go home. What will the trump golf near aberdeen course do for the local economy? The 拢1bn resort, north of Aberdeen, will feature two 18-hole championship courses, four blocks of 950 timeshare flats, 500 private homes, 36 villas, a golf academy, housing for 400 staff connected by a coast road officially named "Trump Boulevard".

Trump will also be required to build a 225-pupil primary school, shops, 98 low-cost houses and 50 starter homes - on land provided free by the council - in return for the private 500-home estate, chalets and the timeshares, which will fund the entire development.

Salmond, whose party faces a crucial byelection on Thursday in Glenrothes, Fife, insisted he had not influenced the decision. "In tough economic times, substantial investment of this kind is at a premium. Six thousand jobs, including 1,400 which will be local and permanent, is a powerful argument," he said.

it is expected to attract hundreds of thousands.of visitors and tourists every year. and is a huge boost for the local area and Scotland as a whole.

What will the trump golf near aberdeen course do for the local economy?
The infrastructure plus the housing will bring added prosperity . Dont think it will concentrate purely on the up market aspect following the recent examp[le of financial problems at Loch Lomond . Jobs plus the obvious tourist spin offs . Although environmental issues are important think that it will be a big asset to the North East .
It can only be good for the local economy, bringing jobs to the area.
