Does Anyone Know How I Can Practice My Golf Game in the Winter?

I really love to play golf, and I get very frustrated out on the course. The reason is because I just really want to make the golf team and sometimes I can hit some really bad shots. I get frustrated because Golf tryouts are in the spring and I am so afraid of losing my game during the winter. Does anyone have any tips PLEASE?Does Anyone Know How I Can Practice My Golf Game in the Winter?Absolutely, look up the nearest indoor golf facility. If you don't want to spend the money to use a virtual range or indoor putting green, you can always set up a net in a room of your house suitable to do so. This obviously won't tell you how far you're hitting the ball, but it gives you a feel for how the ball should come off the club. Also, even though you can't see the ball in flight, hitting often as the best way to work out the muscles needed to do so. If you hit a couple hundred balls a week, your swing speed is guaranteed to increase along with your contact.Does Anyone Know How I Can Practice My Golf Game in the Winter?Well I don't know where you live, but there is a driving range near my house, where the mats you hit from our covered, and there is even a covered putting green and a covered area to practice chipping, so rain isn't a problem. Of course the wind makes is tough, and sometimes it's just way too cold, but I think it's the best option.Does Anyone Know How I Can Practice My Golf Game in the Winter?I recommend that you go to the Philippines. Great weather and great golf all year long. Courses are reasonably priced as well. There are also good instructors and the overall cost of living is quite reasonable. So if you want to improve your game over the winter, take it to the Philippines!Does Anyone Know How I Can Practice My Golf Game in the Winter?
OBVIOUSLY I won't tell you to move to a warmer climate ! When the weather is not condusive to outdoor practice, you should spend your time indoors either 1. Exercising ( Yoga, Tai Chi, or Golf-specific stretching ) or 2. Reading books about Course mgmt., Mental game, or putting ( the game within the game ) Visualsation and creativity are integral to great performance, so if you combine these with an improved ATTITUDE, you will be prepared when the spring comes.
