In my experience it is important to realise that playing in a 'big tournament' is exactly the same as playing with friends, it is just that we may perceive it differently, therefore putting ourselves under pressure. Practically on the day, make sure that for every shot you focus on what to want - i.e. ;I want to hit the green', instead of I don't ant to miss the green', as at an unconscious level we cannot process a negative.
