What are some muscles you use when you take golf swings and what kind of exercises can you do to make them stronger to have a faster swing speed?What muscles are used lots in golf and how can you make them stronger?The stronger and more flexible you are throughout your swing, the

straighter and farther your ball will fly!



Core: Sit-ups, Planks, In and Outs, leg lifts, Flutter kicks, Shark swim, Push-ups.

Legs: Squats, Leg curls, Leg extensions, running

Arms: Bicep curls, triceps extensions, Push-ups, Bench press.





Stretching.What muscles are used lots in golf and how can you make them stronger?The arlms, shoulders, hips, and legs do the work of golf but the most important "muscle" in golf is the one between your ears! Thats the one that needs the most work. But this is not news, been said a million times or more!What muscles are used lots in golf and how can you make them stronger?Leg and Arm. I normally go for jogs for my legs, and for my arms I lift 5 pound weights while watching Tv. Hope this helps
