I plan to score between 85 and 95..... Get a bucket of balls, take your time hitting each shot and work through your bag. See what game you brought to the course with you that day. Get out to the practice green and hit some chips and putts to warm up that segment of the game also. If you're going to be walking during the round, make sure you stock the bag with enough water or gatorade/powerade to get you back to the clubhouse. Be prepared for some nerves standing on the first tee box, especially if there are people watching the groups tee off. If you have a legitimate 24 handicap, I wouldn't expect to shoot 85, I'd expect 95 to 100. Just relax, have fun, and it's a good learning experience.How do you prepare for a golf tournament?
