Yesterday on the golf course... A girl had a allergic reaction and almost died.... If her parents wern't there, she might not have lived. I need 2 be prepared. There really isn't anything you could have done. More than likely her parents used an eppi pen which stopped the anophlactic shock she was going into. The best you could have done with out the pen (which you can only get with a prescription and is only good for one year from purchase) is call 911, see if she had a pen on her and administer it.What do you do if someone has an alergic reaction on the golf course?Call 911 and get get someone to find a course staff member. You can always take a basic first aid class and or CPR class at your local red cross. If you do not have RC ...most community centers will offer classes. that way you will be prepared no matter where you are.What do you do if someone has an alergic reaction on the golf course?
An allergic reaction to what? Fish sticks? Pollen? Bee stings? How would you know how to react if you don't know the reagent?
