How do I customize a golf cart I want it to be just like a muni car?

You know with the air conditioning lights a stick pedals seat covers wheel cover a new moter and if I take the cover off the go cart how do I make a new one also will I need a better motor and wheels also I want it to have a radio with speakers and also finally I want custom doors on it along with a new paint job and a built in phone for calling how do I put that into a golf cart?How do I customize a golf cart I want it to be just like a muni car?Uh, why? Wouldn't it be easier to get a REAL CAR!?!?
